Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Our subscription products are designed to deliver consistency without locking you into anything. When you subscribe, your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically based on the schedule you choose.

You can update your payment information, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

The only exception applies to limited-run clubs or special subscription drops. Those may require a minimum commitment, which will always be clearly stated on the product page before you subscribe.


Coffee Subscription

Our coffee subscription is simple and flexible. There is no minimum commitment and no required number of payments. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal.

Orders are prepared and shipped based on when you place your order, not on a fixed monthly schedule. This lets us keep everything fresh and moving without forcing a specific shipping window.

Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected interval. If you pause or cancel before the renewal date, your next charge will not be processed and no order will be created.

You’ll always receive an email reminder before your renewal so you have time to make any changes.


One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as one-time purchases (non-subscription) are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once production has begun. If your order has not yet entered production, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.


Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you agree to pay now to reserve upcoming inventory. You may cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase. After that point, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as production and shipping may already be underway.
