All of our products are made to order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
