Thank you for shopping with Hollow Tone. Each item is made to order through our print partners to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days after purchase.
During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (weather, customs, or seasonal volume).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on which fulfillment center your items are printed and shipped from.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and the number of items in your order.
Free or discounted shipping promotions will be applied automatically when available.

Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Hollow Tone is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact us at our website and we’ll help investigate with the carrier or Printify partner.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country.
